You will gather customers feedback about UX/UI of the platform and transfer it to the product team, share your vision of UX/UI with the team;

You will take part in developing user scenarios that will help the team better understand customer’s needs and expectations about the product;

We are looking for candidates who have exceptional communication skills in English and in-depth experience with product management;

Responsibilities
Develop an in-depth understanding of the product (from creation to delivering), maintain the right perception of the product within the different divisions;
Work closely with the consulting agency, participate in the creation and execution of innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement and product adoption;
Develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product and marketing strategy using google tag manager, analytics, etc.
Work across several aspects of marketing - from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and strategy;
Develop a deep understanding of users needs through customer research, gathering customer feedback, analyzing usage metrics, etc;
Develop a methodology to track and measure the impact of new features;
Take part in the shaping of product hypothesis.

Required Qualifications

General Requirements
• Eagerness to discover all aspects of the product;
• Proven experience in product management and marketing (3 years +);
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-growing, rapidly changing and often ambiguous crypto environment;
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to present your ideas to various teams;
• Ability to reach consensus with devs;
• Basic understanding of product marketing;
• Basic knowledge about the cryptocurrency industry;
• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency exchanges.

Optional Requirements:
• Previous cryptocurrency trading experience;
• Previous connections and projects within the blockchain space;
• Previous growth hacking experience will be a huge benefit.
